- Transitioned organization from a fiscally sponsored project to its own 501(c)3 tax-exempt corporation

- Implemented weekly team meetings

- Led organization through its first employee evaluations and performance assessments

- Increased volunteer participation by 400% and developed an organized system by which volunteers lent their time to the projects that needed it most

- Untangled disorganized bookkeeping to negotiate a repayment of $34,000 in misappropriated funds by our former fiscal sponsor
