- Researched and established organization insurance plans, payroll, quickbooks, and administrative systems within 501c3 compliance

- Grew paid staff from a team of 7 to 11 within 3 months with budget to match

- Increased volunteer participation by 400% and developed an organized system by which volunteers lent their time to the projects that needed it most

- Untangled disorganized bookkeeping to negotiate a repayment of $34,000 in misappropriated funds by our former fiscal sponsor
