What happens when you merge three community based justice organizations together? Who governs self-reliance? and how do we further equity while staying in compliance with 501(c)3 tax-exempt status? These are the questions I'm leading this newly founded not-for-profit to answer, honoring their individual programs while preserving the integrity of the new collective.

When the organization is under capacity and underfunded, we have to make strategic decisions about how to grow both most effectively and efficiently without recreating the same conditions that contribute to leadership attrition.
